I'm flagging your response as the correct one, despite being able to test it. I'm very confident that it is, however, our server is shutdown and drives have been removed. I appreciate those links, and wish I would have known about being able to download that disk. It would have saved us a lot of trouble earlier. I'll keep that in mind for later though. A. Ensure TVS Port 2445 is open in your network. Whenever you plan to move your cluster to CUCM 8.x for the upgrade, ensure TVS Port 2445 and TLS protocol allowed just in case if you have highly secured network.
