Operation Change: Second Chance Success Summit

The Second Chance Success Summit will be more than a traditional resource fair. Our goal is to create an environment where individuals impacted by incarceration can find hope, resources, relationships, and real opportunities for their next chapter.

One of the most important elements of the summit will be hearing from formerly incarcerated men and women who have successfully rebuilt their lives. These individuals will share their journeys from incarceration to becoming business owners, professionals, pastors, nonprofit leaders, entrepreneurs, mentors, and productive members of their communities.

Throughout the summit, participants will also have direct access to organizations providing resources in areas such as:

• Fair-chance employment and workforce development

• Housing and housing stability
