Introduction
Vishwa Vidhata is a movie about Jai Verma (Sharad Kapoor), an honest but unemployed youth who lives in Bombay with his mother. He cannot arrange for his mother's treatment and falls prey to underworld goons who lure him into terrorism. He works for Rai Bahadur (Ashish Vidyarthi), a notorious terrorist leader who wants to destabilize India. Jai becomes disillusioned with his life and revolts against Rai Bahadur, who orders him to be killed. Jai escapes to Sharjah and undergoes plastic surgery to change his face and identity. He returns to India as Ajay Khanna (Jackie Shroff), a wealthy businessman who meets his ex-lover Radha (Ayesha Jhulka) and marries her. They have a son named Ravi Khanna (Sharad Kapoor), who grows up to become a police officer. Ravi is unaware of his father's past and is determined to fight against terrorism.
